State Comptroller Scanlon Gives Optimistic Appraisal

BRISTOL — State Comptroller Sean Scanlon provided an optimistic assessment of the state’s finances, provided the “fiscal guardrails” established with the 2017 bipartisan budget remain in place.

Scanlon spoke Tuesday at DoubleTree by Hilton at 42 Century Dr. as part of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce’s Economic Outlook Breakfast.
